Louise Le Guilchet is a partner at Henriot & Associés. She is an expert in business litigation (executive litigation, shareholder disputes and post-acquisitions, stock market litigation, financial litigation).
Louise began her career in the litigation department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (2014-2019). After a short stint at the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), she joined Cohen & Gresser in 2019, where she was appointed counsel in 2023.
She is Chapter Secretary of the French section of the Women's White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA).
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016, Louise holds a Master 1 in Business Law from the Sorbonne and a Master 2 in International Private Law from the Université Panthéon-Assas. Louise is also a graduate of HEC Grande Ecole (2008-2012).
Louise is fluent in French and English.
