Loïc Henriot is a partner at Henriot & Associés. He has developed recognized expertise in complex civil and commercial litigation, as well as in white-collar crime. His areas of expertise include internal investigations and executive litigation, shareholder disputes, post-acquisition, stock market, and financial litigation. In white-collar crime, Loïc has extensive experience in corporate misappropriation, tax fraud, fraud, money laundering, international sanctions, regulated activities, insider trading, market abuse and, corruption. Loïc has extensive experience before civil, criminal and commercial courts, and regulatory authorities.

Loïc has been singled out by the Legal 500 for stock market and commercial litigation in France. He is recommended for handling "sensitive cases" thanks to his ability to "adapt to changes of pace, anticipate developments in a case and encourage clients to take bold decisions when necessary". Prior to founding Henriot & Associés, Loïc was a partner at Cohen & Gresser (2018-2023) and previously founded Henriot Avocats (2008-2018). Attorney since 2001, he began his career with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Davis Polk & Wardwell in mergers & acquisitions and litigation, in New York and Paris.
